- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At WayFinder, we strive for transparency. Our rates for rental properties are posted at our website under pricing. Please let us know if any other firm does that. We typically charge via ACH or bank transfer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a detailed process for the first 100 days along with a comprehensive take-on manual to make sure that we get you up and running smoothly. It includes notifying all residents and vendors of the management change and making sure that funds are transferred and accounted for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed brokers, Scaffolding card holders, court receivers, and certified by HPD. The principal is also an Ivy League grad with an MBA.
