Denny is a lifelong athlete with a focus on triathlon, which
includes swimming, cycling, and running. He has over a decade of experience in triathlons, including 140.6-mile and 70.3 lronman races, as well as ultramarathons. Currently, he's training and qualified for the Olympic distance nationals and Ironman 70.3 world championship in New Zealand. With the guidance from his Olympian coach, who medaled at the world championship.
Denny began his journey at 17, teaching himself to compete
in his first triathlon, Ironman Louisville. Through years of
experience, he's learned from his own challenges and
successes, and now, he's dedicated to sharing his knowledge
with others. Denny is passionate, determined, and empathetic
in his coaching approach. He specializes in teaching people of
all ages and skill levels, including those with a fear of
swimming, how to overcome obstacles, and find joy in endurance sports.
