Pemati Plumbing saved me! Came to my rescue to install a bath vanity within the few days available to do it in a NYC condo; arranged for parts & hooked up a new gas stove appliance. We didn’t even get replies from many local plumbers and those who did had exorbitant prices in comparison. The work was extraordinary, absolutely perfect (and not as easy as I thought due to it being a war era bldg.). Conscientious and friendly, prompt and excellent work. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Jack is extremely responsive, honest and professional. He was finishing up another job when I messaged on Thumbtack about my plumbing issue. He called and came right away to check out a clog I had in the kitchen and a leaking dishwasher. He fixed it on the spot and was very reasonable with his pricing as well. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will always give the customer the best price for the best value. I do not believe in inflating prices or taking advantage. For me, the customer always comes first.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will reach out to find out all the details of the project / issue. Then I will find out what day / time they need me to come. I will give a quote for the project and arrive on confirmed date and time. I will assess the project and if any details may change - notify the customer before doing any other work and notify if there would be a price change before doing anything - then I would proceed in the direction the customer wants.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken many courses for New York State, some including Gas Work Qualification, OSHA 30, CPR & AED etc.
