As a dancer and fitness instructor with 8+ years of experience teaching various modalities (Pilates, barre, HIIT) I have a unique teaching style with a strong emphasis on form, alignment and body awareness. Each of us wakes up on any given day with a different body - different aches, pains, energy or endurance. I encourage my clients to find balance in their own mental and physical approach to movement - knowing where personal limits are, when to pull back, and when to push and find opportunities to grow.
I am certified as a NASM personal trainer as well as in Pilates Mat and as a PROnatal trainer (pre/post partum). For the last 4 years I have been teaching Pilates Mat classes at Equinox and privately.
