- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first session is only $35. After that I offer discounts on packages of 10 or 20 sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session is about getting to know them and their goals. I will guide them through a basic workout that allows me to see what their particular strengths and weakness are so that I can build a specific plan that addresses their needs. From there, I make sure that they are able to maintain good form to progress them to continually more difficult e exercises. You can’t build a house on sand, I want to make sure they’ve got a solid foundation to work from.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in both Pilates and Personal Training. I have also pursued additional education in pre and post natal training, Pilates for sports, back and joint issues, and MELT method.
