Introduction
Angela discovered Pilates during her dance training as a teenager. The Pilates philosophy of balance, breath, and strength helped to bring greater power and control to her dancing. In the years to come, she experimented with various fitness trends, but found that she always returned to Pilates for its well-rounded benefits for mind and body. She became a BASI-trained instructor to help others integrate the transformative practice of Pilates into their everyday lives.

Angela is awesome! I've been working with her privately for over a year. I highly recommend pilates workouts to everyone who wants to stay fit or has orthopedic issues ... but if you are looking for private training--my mirror, my blue jeans, and my doctor agree -- ANGELA IS A MUST!!!
Angela keeps my body in great shape, adjusting each exercise and weight as needed from session to session. She's also a trained nutritionist and has taught me a ton about avoiding foods that can make health issues worse. PLUS, she is funny, vivacious, and bright, so the hour goes by painlessly literally and figuratively.

Angela has been doing bi-weekly private pilates lessons with me for almost a year. She comes every day with a new lesson planned, always mixing up what we do and a variety of ways to target different areas. She is extremely knowledgeable and is a great teacher. So happy to have found her.

I’m a beginner Pilates student and Angela modified the session to my exact skill set, making sure I was comfortable while she challenged me to push harder. She put a great emphasis on form to ensure I was being safe and maximizing the effects of every pose. It was definitely challenging but I felt I built a strong and reliable foundation under her instruction. Her knowledge and persistence about form really set her apart from other instructors that I’ve worked with and it has really proven to be the most effective long term. Angela is always flexible and caters to my specific needs, always modifying to help me work on areas that I have trouble with. She is personable and professional and I’ve really hit my personal goals through Angela’s sessions!

What I like about Ang she makes it a point to correct and teach while giving a quality workout. I definitely feel a mind/body connection that I haven’t gotten from other instructors over the years. I’ve already noticed a difference in my form.

For someone who was slowly getting back into pilates and more rigorous activity, Angela took note of my knee injury and really helped me to regain the strength I needed for a more normal knee functionality.
