- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because I am still relatively new and am a current student, I am offering my tuning services at a very low rate. Though I am new to the trade, I have learned how to properly handle and tune pianos and will take extra care handling your instrument.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically ask when the piano was last serviced and for a video to see the condition and to see if it is something I feel I can handle. I then will let the customer know how I would go about handling the instrument and schedule a time!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently a student at the New York School of Piano Tuning, Service, and Repair under Lou Tasciotti. I also received my bachelors of music in composition from The University of Michigan.
