FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you prefer to meet me before taking a lesson, I’m happy to answer any questions by phone/zoom or meet in person. These prices include any travel time; there is no extra charge for me to come to you to teach. 30 minute lessons: $70 Ten-lesson packages: $550 Or 60 minute lessons: $120 Ten-lesson packages: $1000 ** please note a standard professional 24-hour cancellation/reschedule policy applies. I ask my clients to sign a Lesson Agreement which details my professional policies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I will have a phone call with the new client where we discuss prior music experience (if they have any) and we talk about their music interests and their goals (either for themselves or their child). Then we figure out a good time to schedule a first lesson and go from there.
