- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
ONLINE LESSONS ONLY AT THE MOMENT: $60/hour $40/30min *these rates apply in the context of lessons on regular basis (4 lessons per month) in the case of less than 3 lessons per month or a single lesson the fare is $80 per class of 60min
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with listening to the student's needs and goals. Then I help the student make a plan, towards the type of repertoire and goals they aim to achieve. I help them through the learning process by addressing their difficulties and making sure they are enjoying their learning experience.
