- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone and in person consultation with the owner and the pet. The customers would give me a written note with requirements- walks, medication, food, coat brush etc. They would need to give me details about the pet's behavior, is he or she friendly, do you allow people to approach and pet the dog etc
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Dear pet parents, when sending a request please provide as much information as possible. We are getting charged a fee to respond to you and it would be very helpful if we know what exactly are you looking for. Dates, do you want home visits or boarding at our place, any medications and particular schedule etc. The more information, the better we can do our job and keep you and your pet happy. Thank you!
