FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$85 for paying per session. $80/session for package of 5. $75/session for package of 10. If $30 added to each session, session duration is going to be 90 min.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At the beginning, I have to know your goal, then I'll make a plan according to your desire for your body. Because balance of strength training and cardio/endurance training varies depending on clients' goals and current body status. If you are willing to compare progresses/results before and after the program, I can take pictures of you from several angles and/or measure body part sizes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was working at a one-on-one private gym that focuses on clients' weight loss through personal training and nutrition advice. I have been taking clients privately as well and I provide machine, resistant tube, body weight trainings and cardio/endurance training including running (Yes! I'm a marathoner!), rope jumping (Yes! I'm a fantastic jumper!), and karate basics (Yes! I'm a Karate-ka!) to my clients.
