- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive and reflects the high level of expertise and personalized attention I bring to every session. I offer discounts for package purchases and remote/online training. I’m happy to work with clients to create a plan that fits their goals and budget. For sessions at my private gym, a nominal fee is included to cover rental costs. I'm also willing to travel to clients within the lower Manhattan/Brooklyn area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I begin with a thorough consultation and assessment to understand their goals, fitness level, and any physical limitations or injuries. Given my physical therapy and strength training background, I provide extensive assessments for variety of goals. Together, we create a customized plan tailored to their needs, with measurable milestones to track progress. I also provide support with nutrition, recovery, and motivation to ensure long-term success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold multiple certifications, including NASM-CPT, NSCA-CSCS and Precision Nutrition. I have extensive experience in strength and conditioning, corrective exercise, and sports coaching. My academic background includes a Master’s in Philosophy and a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology, providing a solid foundation in anatomy, biomechanics, and human movement. I also continuously expand my knowledge through specialized courses and certifications.
