After only working with Coach Kevin for a year, as a national and quite competitive powerlifting athlete, I was able to finally unveil my potential - my squat, bench, and deadlift have all augmented anywhere from 15-30kgs. His program design has catered to my school, work, and sleeping schedules (even fatigue from my monthly). Whenever adjustments need to be done I still preform with ease. Highly recommend to my powerlifting girlies!

I've been working with Kevin for about two years now. During that time period, I've made significant strength and muscle gains thanks to his guidance. My body composition has improved significantly. There have been periods in which work, personal issues, or just general life things get in the way, but Kevin has been good at adjusting my training accordingly, such that I'm able to continue making progress even in spite of outside circumstances. As a client, I highly appreciate this concern. Being able to make these adjustments on the fly speaks to his knowledge and ability as a coach. Moreover, thanks to his coaching, I was able to participate in my first powerlifting competition and accomplish hitting all-time personal records. His attention to detail and guidance in the months leading to the competition were invaluable. I look forward to continue working with Kevin for the foreseeable future.
