Introductory 30 Minute Call: Free Single (1) Session: $180 Four (4) Sessions: $600 ($150/session) Eight (8) Sessions: $1160 ($145/session) Twelve (12) Sessions: $1680 ($140/session)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have a complimentary 30 minute call to get to know each other and see if we are a good fit! I'll learn your fitness goals and design a program for you based on what we discuss that we will go over together during your first session with me. We can adjust any exercises that need to be changed and then we're off! We will find the frequency of sessions a week that works best for your schedule and at a location that fits your needs to keep you consistent and accountable in your goals.
