FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally have a standard hourly rate, but do my best to meet clients where they are at in terms of paying for training. I never want finances to be a limiting factor for clients when it comes to reaching their goals. Whether it be a discounted rate, virtual training, or changing our training frequency to fit your budget, we can find a solution together! I also offer discounts if clients pay for multiple sessions up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With each new client, I have a complimentary meeting to discuss their goals, lifestyle, previous experiences with exercise, and potential medical concerns. The goal of this meeting is for me to learn as much as I can about you, in order to create a program that's customized to your life and will help you reach your goals effectively. After our initial meeting, we set up a plan for training based on my recommendations as well as your schedule, lifestyle, and commitments. The goal is always to create an approach that is both sustainable and enjoyable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate's degree in Exercise Science and a Bachelor's degree in Dance, and am certified as a personal trainer through ACE. I’m a Moderation365 certified nutrition consultant, and I also have a Kettlebell Athletics L1 certification.
