Hi, I’m Kris. I'm a strength/conditioning specialist and nutrition coach with a B.S. in Kinesiology: Exercise Science. I believe in making fitness a fun experience but more importantly, I train for RESULTS. In each of our sessions we'll be covering everything from nutrition, training routines outside of sessions and recovery protocols. Kris is AMAZING!! I've had many trainers throughout the years, but Kris will definitely be the one I stick with long-term. I can only say positive things about him. He's diligent, dedicated, and keeps me accountable by frequently checking in to ensure I stay motivated. But, best of all, Kris is genuinely a positive, friendly, and all-around great person. Upon meeting, I felt that Kris truly listened to my concerns and formulated a plan based around that. I've gotten in good shape before, but never like the shape I am in now, thanks to Kris. I truly could have never achieved my physique without him. 5 stars, highly recommend!! :)

Kris changed my life! 100% recommend to EVERYONE for personal training in Manhattan and Brooklyn. He will meet you wherever you are in your fitness journey. My goals were to lose weight and run a half marathon - in less than 6 months he helped me lose over 15lbs, gain muscle, and go from zero running to finishing the BK half! Although we met for strength and conditioning training, he was always checking in about diet, helping me plan my runs, and keeping me accountable (he goes above and beyond). Great energy, always made me feel comfortable and kept me laughing and smiling. Thank you Kris!!!
