FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session is all about seeing how you move, which movements are difficult and which are easy. From there I build out a custom program for you, both with what exercises and training phases we'll be working through as well as a comprehensive look into your diet. I'm not going to chastize you for eating a hamburger unless you did so without offering me a bite. Depending on how you progress over the first two weeks your program will be made more advanced or slowed down, whichever matches your progress. I like to see my clients 2-3 times per week.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in Personal Training through the American Counsil of Exercise. I am also certified in Mixed Martial Arts, TRX suspension training, and Fitness Nutrition Certified.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Anyone from college kids who just want to stay in shape over the summer, to people coming off of debilitating injuries, to clients in their 50's and 60's who train with me 4-5 times a week. Whether you want to lose a large amount of weight, get stronger, move better, or some combination of the three: I can help you.
