- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with new clients is designed to be thorough and personalized. Here's how it works: Initial Consultation Call: We start with a call to understand your goals and what you aim to achieve. Timeline Discussion: We'll discuss a realistic timeline to reach those goals. Action Plan: Together, we will develop a plan that includes small, actionable steps toward your objectives. Assessment and First Session: If we determine that we're a good fit, we'll schedule your first session. During this session, I will assess your movements, balance, flexibility, and range of motion. I'll also introduce you to my training style. Don’t worry, you'll get a good workout during this session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal trainer by the International Sports Science Association (ISSA). Im always taking new continued learning courses in strength and conditioning, and nutrition.
