I came to the Angles method looking to build muscle and improve my overall physique, but I was amazed by the attention they paid to improving my posture as well. Through their functional training approach, I've not only gained significant strength in my core, back, and lower body, but I can see the difference it's made in the way my body looks. My shoulders are broader, my waist is trimmer, And i have a more balanced and athletic physique. When I first started working with the Angles method, I was really struggling with muscle imbalances that were causing me all kinds of problems. My shoulders were super tight and my upper back was weak, leading to constant neck pain. And my hips were incredibly tight on one side which was throwing off my entire kinetic chain. The comprehensive assessment they did pinpointed exactly where I needed the most work, and the tailored program they put together has been amazing. Through their functional training approach, I've been able to address those muscle imbalances head-on. My posture has improved dramatically, my neck and hip pain have subsided, and I feel so much more balanced and aligned in my movements. As someone who had been dealing with chronic knee pain, I was really hesitant to start any kind of serious workout routine. But the team at Angles assured me they could design a program to build a stronger foundation without aggravating my knees. Through their assessment, they identified weaknesses in my hip and ankle mobility that were putting excess strain on my joints. With their guidance, we started slowly with low-impact exercises that targeted those problem areas. Gradually, I've been able to build up my strength and stability to the point where I can now do higher-impact exercises pain-free. My knees feel better than they have in years and im able to keep up with my workouts and stick to my goal

As someone who has dealt with chronic neck and back pain, finding the Angles method has been life-changing. Their personalized approach doesn't just work on the surface level, but gets to the root causes of my postural issues. I've gained so much more core stability and my spine feels so much more supported throughout the day. The exercises they have me do, like farmer's walks and deadlift variations, have really reinforced the proper alignment from my feet up through the top of my head. The Angles method is all about addressing muscle imbalances and weaknesses that contribute to poor posture. Through their thorough assessment, they were able to identify areas I needed to focus on, like tight hip flexors and weak upper back muscles. The personalized training program they put together has been transformative. I can feel my shoulders pulling back more naturally now, and my neck doesn't strain as much when I'm sitting or standing for long periods.
