- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1 session (60min) - $150.00 (Personal Training, Meal Plan, Habit Formation) 10 sessions - $1,350.00 (1 session for free) + (30min Hypnosis for free) 20 sessions - $2,550.00 (3 sessions for free) + (60min Hypnosis for free) 50 sessions - $6,300.00 (8 sessions for free) + (2x60min Hypnosis for free)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First session is introductionary. I guide a client through a full body workout, asking questions about their RPE (rate of perceived exertion), how they feel, establishing rapport and trying my best to make the session challenging yet comfortable. After the first session, I let the client decide whether he/she feels comfortable working with me long term. If all goes well, we create a plan for the next few weeks/months (based on the client's goals, timeframe, availability, budget etc.)
