- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1 session (60min) - $125.00 (Personal Training, Meal Plan, Habit Formation) 10 sessions - $1,125.00 (30min Hypnosis incl (optional) 20 sessions - $2,125.00 (60min Hypnosis incl) Ps. Hypnosis is optional. I find it one of the most effective tools to help implement new healthy habits, behaviors and practices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First session is introductionary. I guide a client through a full body workout, asking questions about their RPE (rate of perceived exertion), how they feel, establishing rapport and trying my best to make the session challenging yet comfortable. After the first session, I let the client decide whether he/she feels comfortable working with me long term. If all goes well, we create a plan for the next few weeks/months (based on the client's goals, timeframe, availability, budget etc.)
