- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: We set up a phone call that will last about 15-30 minutes. This is where we will go over your goals, exercise history, medical conditions or injuries as well as go over logistics such as; will we be meeting at a gym, home, virtual. Step 2: We will do the first training session, in which we will see how we work together. Step 3: From there we will set up time slots in which we will be training together. I will add to you an app in which you will be able to see all your sessions and homework.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m accredited by the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF). I completed my 200 hour yoga training with Brooklyn Yoga Project in 2018 and now teach at Corepower yoga. I just finished a 300 hour yoga training on 11/15 through corepower and am now 500 hours certified.
