I can’t say enough good things about Alex. He’s a terrific trainer, knowledgeable, and attentive, someone who both encourages and pushes his clients. It never fails to amaze me what he notices even when we’re on Zoom, and his smallest adjustments often make a world of difference. Alex has helped me work through a chronic shoulder injury; he routinely sends me workouts throughout the week so I can keep up with training without him. He is truly focused on his clients’ overall health and well-being. I can’t believe how much stronger I’ve gotten working out with him. My only regret is that I didn’t start earlier!

Alex is a great trainer. He is very knowledgeable and a great accountability partner. Most importantly, he meets you where you are and puts together a program specific to your needs. I highly recommend working with Alex.

Alex takes a holistic approach to fitness. I came to him looking to pack on some muscle and get myself leanerfairly conventional goals. Yet Alex honed in on things I didnt even know I could benefit from, like rotator cuff stability, lateral shoulder strength, and hip mobility. I always did a good amount of cardio, but it wasnt until I started resistance/strength training with Alex, and making a few small, manageable lifestyle changes, that I started seeing the results I historically was unable to achieve. Four years later Im not only leaner and stronger, but I actually move and feel better too. Ive been able to develop an awareness and understanding of my physical well-being, and incorporate helpful lifestyle tips Alex shares during our sessions together. Thank you, Alex!

Alex is the best trainer that I have encountered. He cares about his clients, and goes out of his way to fit his training to their needs. I have been working with him for 5 years now, and I am 18 pounds lighter than when I started. At 77 years I have a few aches and pains that require special attention, but my workouts, and Alexs guidance, keep them well at bay. He knows what he is doing, is well qualified, and makes a point of staying informed about new developments in his field. Alex is a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him to anyone.

After starting the program in the darkest days of early pandemic isolation, Alex has been a lifesaver. The remote option has been flexible and fits easily into my work-from-home set up. After a serious lower-body injury, he tailored the program so I could continue making progress and avoid the temptation to descend into couch potato-dom. I look and feel stronger than ever real results delivered through Alexs steady guidance.
