Alex is an incredible trainer. He is really thoughtful about the right exercises and progressions based on my unique needs. He's very knowledgable, always available to give help/advice, and I always have a great session with him.

I can’t say enough good things about Alex. He’s a terrific trainer, knowledgeable, and attentive, someone who both encourages and pushes his clients. It never fails to amaze me what he notices even when we’re on Zoom, and his smallest adjustments often make a world of difference. Alex has helped me work through a chronic shoulder injury; he routinely sends me workouts throughout the week so I can keep up with training without him. He is truly focused on his clients’ overall health and well-being. I can’t believe how much stronger I’ve gotten working out with him. My only regret is that I didn’t start earlier!

Alex is a great trainer. He is very knowledgeable and a great accountability partner. Most importantly, he meets you where you are and puts together a program specific to your needs. I highly recommend working with Alex.

The numbers were not good before I started with Alex. My weight was increasing. My strength was, at best, stagnant. Working with Alex changed everything. I went from barely being able to do 10 push-ups to more than 40 in one shot. I can do all sorts of things I didn't even know humans were capable of, like a crow pose. And best of all, I feel so, so, much better. I really recommend working with Alex.

Alex takes a holistic approach to fitness. I came to him looking to pack on some muscle and get myself leanerfairly conventional goals. Yet Alex honed in on things I didnt even know I could benefit from, like rotator cuff stability, lateral shoulder strength, and hip mobility. I always did a good amount of cardio, but it wasnt until I started resistance/strength training with Alex, and making a few small, manageable lifestyle changes, that I started seeing the results I historically was unable to achieve. Four years later Im not only leaner and stronger, but I actually move and feel better too. Ive been able to develop an awareness and understanding of my physical well-being, and incorporate helpful lifestyle tips Alex shares during our sessions together. Thank you, Alex!
