FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing ranges from $115 to $150 per session, depending on the frequency of sessions and your specific needs. I also offer flexible packages and can discuss potential discounts for long-term commitments or multiple sessions per week. We’ll work together to find the best option that fits your goals and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer starts with a consultation and assessment in the first session. During this time, we'll discuss your goals, any health considerations or injuries, and your workout history. I’ll also assess your current fitness level to make sure the training program we create is tailored specifically to you. From there, we'll set realistic goals and outline a plan to help you achieve them. As we progress, we'll continuously adjust the program based on how your body responds, ensuring you’re always challenged and moving toward your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutritionist, and Certified in Corrective Exercise. I also have 5 years of experience in gym management and 10 years of hands-on training experience.
