- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client is unique, so every process is different. I may have a client who explains what their vision is, and within that initial conversation, a session is booked. On the other hand, I may have another client who may be a little hesitant and very overwhelmed and may need more than an initial conversation. Some clients prefer to speak over the phone, others prefer only texting, some prefer a video call, or send photos. Others are not comfortable with that approach. Some clients want the project done as ASAP where others prefer to have several sessions before the project is completed. So, my approach with a new client is tailored to their personal situation and their pace. It's so important to LISTEN to your clients' goals, visions, wants, and needs.

It is my many years of hands-on training and background in hospitality with Forbes 5 stars properties that have sharpened my skills to be very detailed oriented. It is this attention to detail that will execute each clients desired vision.
