- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the size and type of job (decluttering, unpacking etc.). My base price is $150/hour with a 2 hour minimum and it can go up from there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we have a conversation, either via Thumbtack, email, text or phone call. My customer tells me what he or she needs done and we talk about how and when I can tackle it. We then schedule a time for me to come over and get started!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's in English Communications with a focus in Advertising. My education has actually helped me learn how to best communicate with my customers and figure out what each one needs.
