- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All projects begin with a free consultation then charged hourly at 150/ hr for 2 Pros. Minimum 3 hours. For larger projects, a day rate is usually charged which consists of 8hrs per day. Special packages are also offered for larger projects. Product will be an additional cost. Travel fees may apply based on location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1 - Consultation + Request Photos Of The Space This is where we get to know you and your space better. We determine your organization goals via text, phone call, or in-person visit and create a personalized plan to meet your needs. Step 2 - Receive A Quote We determine your budget and provide a quote for the time and product needed to complete the project. Step 3 - Schedule Your Service Schedule a time for us to complete your organization project. Step 4 - Transform Your Space During the editing process we’ll have a few questions for you. After you can sit back and watch your space be transformed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of hands-on experience working on home organizing projects for clients that include closets, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, kids room + nursery, laundry + utility rooms, garages and more. Plus, I’ve always had a knack for organizing and design.
