- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my proposals include the labor and cost of food. Proposals generally range from around $150 - $250 per person and there is an event minimum of $500 for parties of 2 and $1,000 for larger groups
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I have an idea of what style cusine you are most interested in I will create a custom menu
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
