- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While my rate is above average, so is my quality of service and communication. I am passionate about helping you grow your business and be successful. My rate reflects our extensive expertise and years of experience in program management, technical documentation, and client relations. We use software to track time and offer flexible billing options (weekly, biweekly, monthly). I do keep a 5-hour minimum for any one-off jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to start with a phone call to get to know each other and to understand your goals and needs. After the initial phone call we will schedule a Zoom/Teams/Google meet and we use screen sharing to understand the complete scope of work, and job specific requirements. Once work commences I like to schedule a weekly phone call just to ensure your satisfaction and that your needs are being met. That said... everything I do is customizable to your needs, so please reach out!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in engineering, with years of experience in program management in the automotive industry. I also have years of experience working with small businesses and startups to develop their ideas and manage projects.
