I cannot express how incredibly grateful I am for Trisha! When I first started planning my wedding for over 600 guests, I naively thought I could handle it all on my own. It didn’t take long for me to realize that this was a massive undertaking and that I needed help—fast! Thankfully, I stumbled upon Trisha on Thumbtack. After speaking with a few other coordinators, I felt an immediate connection with her. There was something about her warm demeanor, can-do attitude and genuine enthusiasm that assured me she was the perfect person to have by my side 🩷. From our very first meeting, Trisha was outstanding. She took the time to understand my vision, listened attentively to my ideas, and offered valuable insights that made everything seem doable. Her organizational skills were very impressive, and she expertly guided me through every step of the planning process. It was such a relief to have someone so knowledgeable and passionate in my corner. One of the many things that stood out to me about Trisha was her availability. She was incredibly easy to get in touch with and responded to my countless questions at all hours of the day. No matter how trivial my concerns seemed, she always made me feel heard and reassured. Her calm presence was exactly what I needed during those stressful moments, and she consistently went above and beyond to ensure I felt supported. Two weeks before the wedding, I had been having a hard time dealing with some life issues on top of the wedding stress. We had a few calls lined up with the vendors and I wasn’t able to take the calls because I wasn’t feeling well. I explained to Trisha what was going on and she took complete control and handled all the calls for me those few days. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that moment. On the wedding day itself, Trisha worked tirelessly behind the scenes, coordinating everything flawlessly. She handled all the logistics with precision, allowing us to fully enjoy our special day without a single worry. Our guests were blown away by how smoothly everything ran with such a huge wedding, and I truly have Trisha and her team to thank for that. Trisha not only helped bring my dream wedding to life but also made the entire planning experience enjoyable and memorable. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better partner in this journey. We hired Trisha for our winter wedding. She did prep work and day of coordination. Trisha was very professional and knows what she’s doing. She is QUICK to respond and came to our wedding with her friendly and knowledgeable assistant which was very helpful. There is nothing I would have changed. Her and her team even packed up our decor for us after the wedding. She collected the info for all our vendors and planned the whole day with printable time sheet. She set up all our decorations and put out fires. Thanks Trisha!
