They were great with getting my documents notarized. They provided witnesses and also made a house call. Great experience! Will definitely use them again.

Tierra was a pleasure to work with. She was kind and very professional. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a notary to come to their home.

I would like to take the time to extend my appreciation for "The Opal Group" for assisting me in making sure I was happy with the service. I especially would like to thank Ike for personally calling me and going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service. I really appreciate the hard work!! He stuck to his word and made sure I was content with agreement.

I need to split my stars. A key part of being a MOBILE notary public is reaching the destination. The nursing home/hospice suggested I book a notary sooner than later as my dad's pain meds were increasing. The easiest way to ensure my dad was cognizant was to book the appointment before the powerful pain meds were started. I did that but the office had to put-off the appointment for 11 days. Okay, things happen. I reminded my dad often about the upcoming appointment. On the day-of the appointment, my bed-bound father hurt his bad heel while hanging it outside the bed and wanted pain meds for it. I had to beg and convince him to hold-off the pain meds until after the 6p appointment*. The 6p appointment became a 7p appointment due to "traffic." Dad postponed both his pain meds and dinner for the notary service and it was pushed back. At 7:25 the office forwarded a text to me from the notary saying the he was having a hard time finding the nursing home. I left a VM for the notary providing further direction then I reread the text. The text actually he couldn't find the building and was going home!!! What?! The notary never called me and drove off?! When I originally booked the appointment, I said the easiest parking may be to park in the back of the Medical Arts parking lot as the nursing home lot was small. He found the medical arts building yet decided to drive off!!! My head almost exploded. The nursing home has been there since 1975. My Google pin for the nursing home was under 250 FEET from a gas station. The nursing home is a half mile and one left turn, behind the medical arts building, from the gas station and the notary drove off without a phone call to me. Unbelievable! The office apologized and rebooked the appointment for a day later. One day later, the apologetic notary arrived and it took 16 minutes to notarized the document and be on his way. All that DRAMA for 16 minutes (I had a stopwatch.) Now, if the bank holds me over a barrel again and requires MORE DOCUMENTATION, do I book the service again? I don't know. I don't know. * About six weeks prior, there was a big curfuffle after a different notary was late to the hospital, the doctor wasn't present at Dad's bedside to attest to the fact that Dad was coherent to sign other documents after being called to the emergency department. The doctor left a note in Dad's medical record stating the fact, Dad's nurses attested to the fact and the notary almost walked out. In both bookings, I was very explicit about the situation and nothing seemed to be relayed to the MOBILE notaries. Notary services, four stars, MOBILE sevices, a generous one star.
