Introduction: Licensed Notary Public and NNA Certified Signing Agent
using innovation and technology to assist you with your Notarization needs remotely.
Prior to your appointment you will need to email your documents in
pdf, .doc, or image format. If possible please send in at least an hour prior
to your scheduled session so there is time to format them for notarization.
Loan documents can be performed, so long as the title/escrow & bank
approve electronic signatures.
*Wills/Trusts/POAs cannot be notarized electronically according to NY
state law*
I can assist you NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE PHYSICALLY AT during this notarization, and you do not need to be in the USA. All signing parties (and witnesses) do not need to be in the same location to facilitate this
transaction. If you need extra witnesses, I can also assist with providing
them.
Each person signing (and witnesses) will need to have:
1. Identification (Driver’s License, Passport, Government ID, Prison ID, etc)
2. Access to an email address
3. A Cellphone/Tablet/Computer that has a Camera & Microphone.
4. Ability to connect to a live virtual session.
Once in the meeting it should take less than 10 mins. Please be ready at the time of your appointment.
