Met with Terry and his father. They both seemed nice and I told them what I wanted. They started the mural and it was not quite what I wanted, I spoke with them about it and they fixed it. I like the mural however the reason why I am giving 1 star is because the job was never finished. I asked them to seal the mural with a satin finish as it is in a high traffic bar. I paid them in full and once they received the payment they never showed up to finish the job and ignored all my calls. So if you do decide to use them, do not pay them until you are satisfied with the job and it’s finished.

Terry from Astro Murals was very responsive, responded at least a few times a day. He listened to my thoughts and changes every night for like 2 weeks and catered to all of my wants. He was trusted to finish up his work while I was not there and he did not cheap out or make mistakes. Came out exactly as I wanted! Btw, even his lovely parents were there to help. Doesn't get more family friendly than that.
