What sets me apart from the other makeup artists is I am also a photographer. I published the first celebrity transformation look-alike makeup book titled, "Double Take The Art of the Celebrity Transformation" with Harper Collins. Because I am also a photographer, I know exactly how much makeup to apply to read for the camera and still keep it as natural for one on one closeups. My special ability also allows me to design the best and latest makeup looks for my clients, bringing out their own unique star quality. My makeup artistry has been showcased on Entertainment Tonight, Access Hollywood, and Live with Kelly and Michael, to name a few. My work has been on the cover of the Rolling Stone and celebrated with a six-page spread in Marie Claire. I was hailed a MAKEUP GENIUS by Glamour Magazine. Presently I impersonate 40 celebrities as well as do makeup... I have included my postcard so you can see my make up skills have no boundaries and I can do any style from the a natural almost bare faced style to extremely glam, all the while looking beautifully blended and not over done...When I work with a client I am a great listener and strive to give them the make up look they desire. I apply the make up, show you in a mirror and don't stop till you are perfectly satisfied!!! I also take pictures of your completed look so you can see how it will look in your selfies or professional photos. I have also been blessed to have worked on many celebrities in my 20 year career. I love the moment I have finished a face and feel the joy I bring my clients once they see how much I can enhance their natural beauty or glamorize them with celebrity-style makeup with my soft and beautifully blended techniques.

Devon is wonderful! He Is punctual and works as scheduled (about 30 minutes per person). He listens to what kind of makeup you envision and then creates the PERFECT look! My makeup as the bride was exactly what I wanted: simple yet bold, and the MOH/bridesmaid had more subtle but equally beautiful makeup. I am so glad he was there for my wedding! :) People kept saying my makeup was amazing! Not too much, "just perfect." Official photos are taking too long, so this will have to do. :) Devon also does test photos while applying makeup to make sure you photograph well.

Simply Amazing!!! I had Devon due my makeup for my engagement photo shoot! His work is absolutely amazing!! He puts you at ease and makes you feel comfortable. And listens to what look you're going for and delivers. I wanted a soft romantic look and he did just that! His products are also top quality! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client I ask what type of makeup they like and how much they typically wear. Then I design a look I feel will work for their particular event and lifestyle if they are taking one of my tutorials.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing make up in NYC for over 20 years now as well as photography and have been highly successful. As well, I published the first celebrity look-alike book ever done for Harper Collins titled Double Take. During that process I perfected so many incredible tricks that I can use to enhance an everyday face from a natural clean look to all out glamour with a soft blending and glowing radiance!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always loved beauty and glamour. When I was 13 I started to draw magazine covers and from that learned how to blend and match colors. Then moved to New York at 21 and have been working professionally as a make up artist and/or photographer ever since.
