First of all, the response time was literally 5 min. A very nice and friendly gentleman called me and asked for more details. He gave me the fairest price considering my situation. After I told him I might wanna go up there myself and grab my stuff(880 miles), he not only didn’t get upset but also to my surprise provided me very valuable information and advice worth a fortune. He even used his resources to find the best rental truck for me. If I decide to not do it myself and most importantly find some money, I will definitely come back to this nice gentleman to do it for me. Very trustworthy! Thank you
