I recently had the pleasure of using L&J Luxury Transport for a few days in New York City, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I booked my ride, the service was impeccable. The vehicle itself was immaculate, showcasing a stylish and luxurious exterior/interior that made for a comfortable journey. One of the things that stood out was the array of amenities offered. Complimentary water, phone chargers, and even tissues/gum/mint were a thoughtful touch that elevated the experience. It felt more like a luxury experience than just transportation. What truly set this service apart was the driver. Not only was he courteous and professional, but his knowledge of NYC traffic was remarkable. He navigated the busy streets with ease, avoiding congested areas and suggesting the quickest routes. This made a significant difference, allowing me to reach my destination on time and stress-free. Overall, the combination of outstanding service and communication, a pristine vehicle, and a knowledgeable driver made for an exceptional experience.
