- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer complimentary Discovery Calls which gives us a chance to connect about your challenges, aspirations, and goals- in your area of interest, and for coaching. You can register via my website to arrange a free ~30 min consult, or message me here (serious inquiries only, please). At the end of our initial consultation, if it seems like a good match to proceed, we book a first paid formal one-off session for a deeper experience of the work. At the end of that ~70min deep-dive starter session, we then discuss the aims, duration, and frequency of coaching support to best suit your needs. My 1:1 sessions are 60-70min each, and clients typically work with me 2-3x a month as there are activities and action steps recommended in between sessions. I offer 1:1 program options and some group programs seasonally as well. I also have digital products like guided meditations and a breakup toolkit. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each client is unique, so my coaching approach is personalized to fit your particular desires and style. On the first call of a coaching program, we determine your coaching goals and map out steps towards your aims! Note: Coaching is done over the phone, from the comfort of your home, so please make sure to be in a quiet space for our calls.

I have worked for a variety of companies and organizations across the country as a coach and facilitator, supporting both individuals and groups in their personal and professional development and growth. My master's had a concentration in Spirituality and Mind-Body Studies so in addition to coaching strategies, I also incorporate mindfulness practices, positive psychology tools, and guided visualizations as called for.
