- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Business Hours: 10 am to Midnight(Mon-Sun) An extra fee is required for out-of-business hours. You can take my class online by Skype if you are in the other states, because I am currently in NYC. I could travel to meet up to you if you were in NYC. However, to be honest, my program on line is totally the same as the one on one in person because I teach with electrical files. No worries! Please take a look at the answer to the next question, "What is your typical processes with can new customer? The rate is lower but the quality is much higher than the other tutors. The earning money is my secondary demand. The primary demand is to see the improvement how my students would get better and better their skills under my own program and they would achieve their goal at the end. I would be happy to see it! That is my satisfaction to work hard for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The approach of teaching Japanese language is different from the others. I provide the materials which general textbooks don't cover, and are useful and practical to communicate with local Japanese people. Please contact with me! I will explain more the details. I have the over 600 electrical materials on Microsoft Words, Excels sheets, PDFs and etc. which I created on my own way and links and scans. I can share them all with you with no charge. I can provide the additional materials which you could be easier to understand grammars compared to just studying with a textbook. You need a computer to take my class when you take it on line. You just need a pen and a notebook.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have enjoyed teaching people since I had experienced as an English Instructor for 5 years in Tokyo. At that time I taught around 100 students from PK, elementary school to middle school who challenge to pass the exams for admission to high schools. Additionally, I have worked as a Tutor for a Business course at my community college for 2 years in US. At a College, I helped the students as a Japanese Private Tutor.
