ABOUT CHO LAW LLC.
Mr. Cho graduated from NYU and Syracuse Law School, both on merit-based scholarships. He has extensive experience in both litigation and immigration from a small boutique firm to one of the world's largest immigration firms. His experience includes representing an individual client in a simple marriage-based case to a multinational corporation, which files hundreds of cases annually. Coming from a litigation background, he prepares each immigration case as if he prepares the case for a trial. Consequently, his clients enjoy personal attention from him, which often makes the critical difference in a difficult case. To name a few, he was able to overturn multiple previous denials in waiver and visa revocation cases; he second-chaired in a case against Fortune 100 company, resulting in a multi-million dollar verdict.
WHAT WE DO
At Cho Law LLC, we diverge from the standard high-volume case approach of many firms. Instead, we focus on selectively engaging with specific types of clients, allowing us to immerse deeply and meaningfully in each case. Our philosophy centers on a profound understanding of each client's unique narrative and business context. We are experts in constructing compelling stories that illuminate the distinctive qualities and sustainable business practices of our clients. This approach is not just about legal representation; it's about creating a narrative that resonates with the distinctiveness of each client, akin to the level of attention given to a top-tier designer showcased in New York and Paris Fashion Shows, an athlete whose achievements are recognized alongside legends like Tiger Woods, a musician echoing through the halls of Abbey Road Studio 1, or an artist whose mastery is acknowledged in over 20 countries. Type of cases that we handle includes, EB-1, 2(NIW), 3, 4, and 5. B, E-1/2, H-1B, H-2B, I, J, K, L-1A/B, O, P, Q, R, etc. Additionally, we handle complex waiver cases, VAWA, appeals, and motions, etc.
HOW IT WORKS
I understand that the U.S. immigration process can be complicated, tedious, and often frustrating. My mission is to guide you through the complicated system with the immigration option that best fit to your background and situation. I advise individual clients who simply overstayed visa to a multinational corporation which places its personnel in its client worksite.
If you want to know more about your immigration options, I recommend you to schedule a consultation. This allows me to hear your story, analyze your case, and present you with available immigration options from which you can choose. This will also allow you to decide which option is the best fit under your situation. At this stage, you will receive a quote, including the attorney's fee.
