This was supposed to be a deep cleaning from a move out. Nothing was deeply cleaned just surfaced cleaned. We’ve specifically requested interior windows to be cleaned and the window panel and windows were untouched.

If I kept living in NY, I’d definitely hired them as a regular house keeping. When I chose them, I was worried because I had lots of bad experiences about cleaning service with quality of work and hidden fee. However, they were different. Irene from Ukraine was doing amazing jobs. I am a picky person about cleaning. But she didn’t miss every single details. There was nothing to complain about her and her work. She finished within arranged time. Customer service team was fast response and nice. Price is very affordable and more important thing is that there is no hidden fee. I hope they expand their business till where I move. Then, I can meet them again.
