If I kept living in NY, I’d definitely hired them as a regular house keeping. When I chose them, I was worried because I had lots of bad experiences about cleaning service with quality of work and hidden fee. However, they were different. Irene from Ukraine was doing amazing jobs. I am a picky person about cleaning. But she didn’t miss every single details. There was nothing to complain about her and her work. She finished within arranged time. Customer service team was fast response and nice. Price is very affordable and more important thing is that there is no hidden fee. I hope they expand their business till where I move. Then, I can meet them again.

I’m closing out my dad’s condo, readying it for sale. He’s 95 and has been in the space for 55 years. He’s never thrown out a paystub, bank statement or Invoice. I was overwhelmed with paper, dust and dirt. K& D sent over an angel named Tatiana. She arrived 5 minutes early, anticipated my needs, listened to instructions, scrubbed, cleaned and polished like the professional she is. She never even took a break for water. I will be putting K&D on my roster for future projects!! Consider me MORE than a satisfied customer.

The cleaner just left my apartment and I could not be happier with the result! She was here right on time, extremely efficient, and very effective. My 1bd 1ba looks infinitely better. Beyond the cleaner herself, this company is wonderful to work with. I unfortunately had to reschedule due to a family emergency and they were so accommodating.
