Hypermaintenance is an excellent cleaning service. Simone, the owner/manager is very responsive to feedback and special requests. She is also very proactive in assessing what needs to be done and communicating with her staff. I am not a good housekeeper or cook and am embarrassed at the state of my apartment before cleaning, but in a short time it is amazing how the cleaners transform my apartment. For a nominal upcharge, they can also help with other tasks like folding laundry, complete refrigerator cleaning and purging of bad food, for example. All you have to do is ask, they are flexible and accommodating.
Due to health issues, I struggle with some daily tasks. Simone recognized this and explained how I could apply for assistance and find out what my insurance may cover. She even followed up with a text so I have it for reference. I feel like they really care and take pride in their work. They clean very thoroughly and in some difficult to reach places like the top of the refrigerator, for example. I highly recommend this cleaning company.
