Haven means serious business! Right off the bat, I was thoroughly impressed by the arsenal of equipment that accompanied Jay, my cleaner, including an array of cleaning solutions, and a sleek but high-powered vacuum backpack.It was very personalized from the start. Jay was incredibly friendly - She asked me for a tour, and took note of any areas I wanted her to focus on/avoid, and finally showed me a checklist of things she was going to cover during our 4 hour cleaning.The difference once she finished was absolutely night and day, especially in the bathroom, and she finished up by having me sign off on her checklist, ensuring nothing was overlooked.Something I really loved about the experience was that during our review, I pointed out a few areas I wanted done better, and they were addressed and fixed before obtaining my signature.I very much enjoyed my first Haven experience, would definitely book Jay again!

Jay was on time and very professional throughout the entire service. She did a really good job with deep cleaning the apartment. Even getting into all the hardest spots as well and in very efficient time. I would highly recommend and will book again.

Had a great cleaning done by Jayllium. I am a young working professional and I try to keep my place tidy but for hard to reach areas I tend to let someone else take over. Jayllium did a good job at getting at those areas. I was present during the whole cleaning (working from home) and Jayllium was very pleasant to be around and didn’t disturb me at all. She brought her own cleaning supplies which is nice. At the end, she gave me a checklist to review so I could understand the tasks that were performed. All in all, I recommend Haven!
