Can't speak highly enough about my experience. I had to move on very short notice and was frankly very disorganized with a, and I needed a move-out cleaning because my place was a mess and I was leaving a high end luxury building in Manhattan where my deposit return would be substantial. Flatiron Maids set me up with help on very short notice, and Mayra did an excellent job cleaning my place rather quickly. When I went to do the walkghrough inspection the place was honestly immaculate and even the building manager was impressed at the job that was done. I got 100% of my deposit back, which is not always the case with these buildings. The process was pain free, the price was reasonable and the work was excellent. Will be setting up routine cleanings with them as long as I'm in the city.

I have had extensive experience with having maids and housekeepers in my employ. I also worked in customer service for over 30 years. That said, I believe I am qualified to effectively evaluate Flatiron Maids. After long service, my maid had to retire unexpectedly due to a health issue. This coupled with the holidays less than a week away left us in a quandary. After extensive research scouring the internet we were able to find Flatiron Maids. I worked with the owner who was hands on, extremely responsive and professional. He assured me my needs would be addressed and scheduled Mayra for my appointment. We’ll he was correct, I was more than satisfied. Mayra is professional, conscientious with a terrific eye for detail. She arrived promptly and got down to business. Additionally, she is polite and a really lovely person- which is obviously a bonus. Our dog also adores her and was immediately calm with her being in our home. Mayra has now become our weekly person and our home has never looked better. So much so that friends and family have commented that the place sparkles! If you want or need your housekeeping needs to be performed with perfection - take a chance with Flatiron, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

Good experience but personally, I like when my cleaners come with their own cleaning supplies and mops. I felt like there was a bunch of spots that were still missing and I still had to clean afterwards myself because they did not bring their own cleaning supplies. I did not have a really good mop down other than that other then that they did good because they responded very fast and were able to come quick.

We checked in with your cleaner Mayra - she sent over photos of all the cleaning supplies she brought (sprays, towels, foldable mop, hand-held vacuum) and before/after photos of the cleaning. She also said that you did a final walkthrough and mentioned you were very satisfied with the service. We're sad that the feedback left here does not align with the experience and evidence we've recorded but this is noted to improve our services
