absolutely would not recommend! they were doing at my house at 3:30 PM messaged me to say they were running late and now at 4:30. She completely canceled and wants to reschedule until tomorrow. The whole day was planned around this cleaning company and having company tomorrow and really needed the house clean. They left me in a big predicament completely unprofessional to cancel at this last minute. they have a 48 hour cancellation policy on their end, but apparently there is no recourse for the customer.. I hope this review will have other stink twice before booking this cleaning company.
