- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once you have filled out the booking form, the total amount of the cleaning service will be on hold 24 hours before the booked date. This is to confirm that the funds are available and prevent fraudulent activities. The total amount of the cleaning service will be charged and posted after a satisfactory service has been delivered and confirmed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once your date and time are booked, we’ll send a confirmation 24 hours before your appointment. After the cleaner arrives and completes the service, they will conduct a walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Bright Mop, all of our professional cleaners have over 2 years of experience in residential cleaning. We believe experience is key to delivering exceptional results!
