I hired Superior Home Inspection to inspect a condo I’m purchasing in Brooklyn. Mark’s partner Mikhail was very thorough and made everything is to understand. I appreciate that he took the time to tell me how to clean the vents in the oven hood. My lawyer also complimented on the thoroughness of the inspection report. I feel way more confident going into this home purchase. Would recommend!

I was in need of a home inspection ASAP so I came to Thumbtack and found Mark. He was really responsive and accommodating. I had a few things in-flux and he was patient. Dave is an amazing home inspector. Professional, fun, and really excited about his work. He does a thorough job, and does it quickly and efficiently. We had him inspect two different apartment / co-ops for us. The report on the inspection comes in the same day and is very professional, and easy to read/understand. Our real estate broker and mortgage lender both commented on how nice it was. Lots of clear explanations that were supported by pictures. We would hire him for a third time in a second!

Pricing starts from $250 for a basic home inspection.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we require phone conversation at first. During our initial conversation we gain enough information to be able to customize inspection to clients needs and to estimate fee and time for inspection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Licensed Home Inspector in NY and NJ; Licensed High Pressure boiler stationary engineer, Licensed low pressure boiler stationary engineer; Licensed Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer; I hold degree in civil engineering, Licensed Mold Assessor, Multiple other certifications and licenses.
