- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation: To better understand each client's individual needs, a thorough assesment is filled out by each potential client. We discuss the client's goals, concerns, and any specific issues they would like to address. We then explore the healing of the mind and body as we incorporate mindfulness, breathwork and body-work to promote a deeper sense of self-awareness. This can be done through two ways: Counseling: advising may involve discussing the client's emotional, mental, spiritual beliefs, values, and experiences. I may offer guidance and support in exploring and deepening the client's holistic connection to self. Techniques such as meditation, visualization, or prayer may be incorporated to expand conscious awareness and strengthening their ability to stay within the present moment. Bodywork Session: The bodywork session focuses on releasing physical and energetic tension stored in the body. Energy healing modalities target specific areas of tension and promote relaxation. I may guide the client through breathing exercises or visualizations during the bodywork session to enhance the release of stuck emotions. *Can combine services; counseling [emotional, mental release] followed by body work [physical release] Towards the end of the session, there is time for integration and reflection. We discuss the experiences during the session, any insights gained, and strategies for continued self-care. I provide tools or exercises for the client to practice between sessions to further support their well-being Follow-Up: Depending on the client's needs and goals, follow-up sessions may be scheduled. The frequency and duration of sessions vary based on individual preferences and progress.
