Hi neighbor! My name is Lynda Hamilton, and I am a lifetime New Yorker and proud resident of Harlem USA. I am an immersive experience coach.
Having spent over 30 years as a communications professional with multi-industry experience leading teams and collaborating in the fast-paced environments of the NFL, Columbia University, in the non-profit sector, and an MWBE market research firm during its first nine years, I shifted focus towards my next-phase professional life to certify as a life coach who incorporates guided meditation into sessions to more deeply support clients on their transformational journeys away from stress, anxiety, and depression, into alignment, success, and joy.
As an immersive experience coach, I partner with individuals who feel called toward more joyful, connected lives, who are looking to be successful in their stated goals and leadership abilities - I help guide toward the beautiful visions they hold for their own lives. I have three different coaching certifications which give me specific skills to support my client’s journeys with my unique ability to candidly connect, build-in accountability structures, and deeply listen from my varied sources of ‘lived experience.’
I offer guided meditation during each coaching session to readily excavate various subconscious beliefs, habits and behaviors that tend to block our access to happiness and success. Coaching sessions with me offer an intuitive blend of attention to cues, assisted contemplation, and powerful questions targeted to mind, heart and spirit that help to reintegrate my client's congruence between self and persona, past, present, and future. My practices help individuals shift out of reactive living = stress and anxiety, and into creative living with flow = alignment with identity, goals, and joy.
I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Social Psychology from New York University, and hold coaching certifications from Mindvalley’s Evercoach, SuraFLOW, and am a practitioner of the Guided Meditation Framework. I am also a proud alum of the Blueprint Project, a joint program of Progress Playbook and Collective of Concerned Black Professionals.
Neighbor - I would love to meet you to see how my background, coaching skills, and services can support you on your journey in achieving the vision for your own future.
