Guilherme of Thirteen Services was terrific! He was responsive and knowledgeable about my request to replace flooring in a closet to cover a hole in my brownstone apartment. As a woman I'm always reluctant to deal with contractors because I am concerned about being over charged. Guilhereme gave me a fair estimate, when he arrived and viewed the work, he stuck with his estimate and did not try to increase the estimate. He did the work quickly and expertly. I am very happy with the work and would use Thirteen Services again.

They were most professional and considerate. We have our newborn (who arrived earlier than expected) and Guilherme was most concerned with keeping the noise low while she es in the home. He and his worker did an amazing job and cleaned up behind themselves as well as helped move stuff. We really appreciate them and would recommend them to our friends (which we already did) as well as hirer him again.

Below I attach the before and after pictures. But let me tell you guys something, this work came out amazing. Words cannot even describe how thankful I am for this job. I contacted Guilherme looking for someone to redo the floors in my mother’s apartment. As you can tell from the before pictures, the floors were horrendous. Extremely old and in a pre-war building and never been done before. As soon as he saw the picture and knew what the purpose of me contacting him was, his respectfulness started immediately. Right from the beginning he was very courteous and respectful and listened to exactly what I wanted to do. We made it simple on everyone and I got the materials myself, of course with his help. We pick the date and got the job done. As you guys can see from the after picture, it’s completely night and day. He was punctual, extremely great value, understandable, and above all a genuinely nice person. I wish him and the company nothing but many blessings but I will say this will not be the last time that I contact him for more work. He got the work done in a extremely timely manner and did not leave a mess at all. I can’t rave Anymore than I just did but he is highly recommended.
