Matteo and Victor arrived a little early and did a GREAT job on our door knobs. They were loose and not working properly. They tightened them up and now they are perfect. I would like to think the manager Victor of Next Chapter Renovation for his professionalism. After calling him to report my experience with his worker, he immediately rectified the problem. My electric gate that was fix 2 weeks ago suddenly stop working. Victor was able to send his worker back to my house and to re-check the gate. I am happy to find a company that stands by their work quality and who value their customers.

While the work was done well, I was grossly overcharged. For two men working for 1.5 hours, a charge of $400 is really not right. I spoke with another handyman who said $100 would have been fair. I have called the company many times with no satisfactory response.
